Candidate Information

High school graduates with a baccalaureate diploma or an equivalent diploma can register for the admission for the bachelor’s degree cycle.

Citizens of European Union member states, states belonging to the European Economic Area, and the Swiss Confederation can also register under the same conditions provided by law for Romanian citizens, including regarding tuition fees. Recognition of studies conducted outside Romania will be carried out by the specialized directorate within the Ministry of National Education (M.E.N.) before candidate registration. Each candidate is obliged to present, at the time of registration for the examination, the certificate of recognition of studies.

Foreign citizens are required to present a language proficiency certificate for the Romanian language issued by institutions authorized by M.E.N. The same condition applies to student transfers between accredited higher education institutions that, according to the law, have the right to educate foreign citizens and are recognized by the Romanian state.

A candidate can choose up to two study programs they wish to pursue, regardless of the educational institutions offering them.
