REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Candidates can register online at the email address admitere.id@amgd.ro or by courier service to the address of the National Academy of Music, 25 Ion I.C. Brătianu Street, 400079, Cluj Napoca, and must provide the following documents:
1. A4 Envelope folder
2. Receipt proving payment of the admission fee (200 lei). Employees and children of employees of the Music Academy, as well as children of active or retired teaching and auxiliary teaching staff, are exempt from paying admission fees (for one specialization) and must provide proof. The registration fee can be paid either by postal order (from all post offices in the country) or by bank transfer to the Music Academy account RO35 TREZ 2162 0F33 0500 XXXX, opened at the Cluj Treasury. 3. Baccalaureate diploma and transcript (notarized copy)
4. Birth certificate (notarized copy)
5. Standard medical certificate
6. Four identity card photos
7. Certificate proving student status (for students pursuing a second specialization)
8. Bachelor’s degree/graduation diploma or equivalent diploma, for graduates who wish to pursue a second specialization/college (notarized copy)
9. Employment certificate
10. Copy of Identity Card
11. Proof of graduation from a music school or specialized/vocational high school (minimum 8 grades) for candidates in the Musical Interpretation – Instruments specialization
12. Registration form: INSTRUMENTS / VOCAL STUDIES / MUSIC
All these documents should be sent online to the email address admitere.id@amgd.ro and in an envelope by post or courier to the address of the National Academy of Music Cluj-Napoca, 25
